Prices are per person per day and include VAT, for the treatment of bed and breakfast they refer to the double or twin room. • Treatment of Bed and Breakfast : Italian breakfast is included (beach excluded); • Half board : is included breakfast and dinner with table service , menu of 3 starters and 3 main courses , side dishes and desserts buffet (drinks not included ) ; • Full Board : in addition to what is included in the half board we find the lunch ; In addition to all the treatments chosen prices include VAT , beach service (on pension), guarded parking lot , air conditioning and celebrations of the hotel. Extra meals: € 35.00 for person THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: • TAX: EUR 2.00 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days, children under 12 are free. • For double or triple rooms for single use, the room-only price will be applied starting; • For stays less than 3 days Supplement of € . 5.00 per day per person ; • Anything not specified . DISCOUNTS: • REDUCTION FOR CHILDREN : from 1 to 5 years 50% discount , from 5 to 10 years 30% discount < / b>. • FAMILY PLAN: 2 adults + 2 children up to 15 years if in the same room pay for three adults.

REGULATION :

 • Reservations are accepted by sending a deposit of € 150 per person and they can be canceled free of charge within 30 days from the date of arrival (beyond this date the amount for the room only wiil be paid to the structure, also for bookings made on the booking and expedia portals). • In the event of Late Arrival or Early departure will be charged the price of the room. • For stays unfinished and unused meals, there is no refund. • The room must be vacated by 10am on day of departure, while the arrival is after 13 hours.
